First, there are
very few dog sport clubs in my
"neck of the woods", very few. In any case, I'm not interested. Second, the standards of a true protection and guard dog are measured
in real life duty, after training, when the protection dog gets to do his job as a police dog, or a military dog, or in a correctional prison, or guarding a business warehouse or factory plant, or protecting a nuclear facility, or estates and other property. It is measured in the streets, not in a sport ring. A true protection dog is more than eager and willing to engage in a fight, no matter what the threat is, where the protection dog will fight to prevail in a do or die mood, while many of the sport dogs are just fixated with the sleeve-prey-item and real stress is just too much to handle, of course! :D
P.S. While you are staying home, I am pulling guard duty, making sure you have a bearable life ;)
