Schutzhund Seminars?

First, some good pics.
http://home.t-online.de/home/thomas-holthaus/seibel.htm

Who are your favorite schutzhunders?

Which seminar/s did you enjoy the most?

and

Where can we find info on upcoming seminars?

Thanks, I'll hang up and listen for my answers.
;)

I really enjoyed the Dean Calderon seminar I attended this weekend in Maryland. Very Informative, great guy that knows how to get his point across. I would definately attend another one of seminars again.

The way I found out about his seminar was through my club. We have a bulletin board that all seminars and trials in the area get posted on.

I personally think that Berhnard Flinks and Armin Winkler are the best.

The pictures are from a Roland Seibel seminar. Roland is a good person to see if you want a compulsion based seminar. He takes the time to explain his methods, but they are not for every dog.

My personal choice would be Walter Hoffman. He offers many options, and is very personable. He will not insult you if your dog has shortcomings, like so many others.

Joeri Goedertier will be in the Chicago area in September.

Is anyone familiar with him?

Thanks.

Thats Zak's co-owner - I met him at Santa Barbara. I didn't get to see him work his dogs (other than a quick appearence in the AKC Showring with Umbro and you can't really call that "work") but he is very knowledgeable on Rottweilers. Knows his bloodlines, what kennels are top notch, which aren't, and has given me some sound advice as far as feeding, raising, training, and good SchH Clubs locally. Don't know if that helps you any but in the briefness we've spoken/written, he does seem very knowledgeable and worth going to a seminar about.
