| I have a male registered with Delta Society. You can get information from their website at: http://www.petsforum.com/delta The test that Delta uses is a modified version of the AKC Canine Good Citizen test. If you have a nice dog with a good temperament and a little bit of obedience training, you've got it made. |

| If you would like to do therapy work, a good thing to do is join a All Breed Kennel Club in your area and most likely they have a group of people who will set up the visits, the test for Therapy Dogs, etc. If your KC doesn't have an organized group of people, suggest it. Most likely there will be several interested in joining on therapy rounds. I can't remember but either the Delta Society or Therapy Dog International will send you a list of testers in your area if you write to them. - Dana - |
