What a brillant dog!

I just had to share the news!

Merlin passed his CGC and TDI tests Monday night!!:D :D

He did wonderfully on all the tests! When we did the 'come when called' there were some people eating cookies and after prying his eyes off the tender morsels, he actually came right to me, sat down and looked up at me like 'See mom, just have faith in me.' :p Of course he got lots of doggie cookies after that brillant performance!

I couldn't have asked for a better performance. I am so proud of him, I could burst!!;)

Well...I kind of like what he has shown me... ;)

I will continue to work both of them. I think Harley will enjoy doing obedience and agility since she loves to jump fences and baby gates. Merlin seems to enjoy obedience (as long as no one is eating cookies);) . I also thought that I would build a cart and have Merlin pull me and Harley around. I have a bad knee so I can't go as fast or as far as he needs to be going in order to get some good exercise. Of course in our spare time... LOL...both of them will be starting their therapy dog rounds as soon as I get their cards from TDI.
