I know this really doesnt belong in this forum, and its cross posted, but I wanted to let you all know as my boy is a working dog 1st and foremost and a lot of you in this forum have given me so much advice and support. I know a lot of you may not get over to the "showing" forum

My boy, Vasko placed 1st at the USRC BARK Confirmation Show in N. Cal this weekend in the 9-12 month male class. He also took best male puppy. Not bad for a working pup who had to be retrained to do all the wierd show stuff (ie not automatically sitting, not looking in your eyes when heeling, etc). Hope we didnt screw him up too bad.

People were telling us that this judge was really harsh and they never saw so many NP's handed out for puppies. I must have told my wife that I didnt want to go at least 5 times to this thing, "He's a working dog not a show dog. He's going to get killed!"

We are working hard toward his BH and then his Sch I!

Best of all, he is the best pet we could have asked for and brings so much laughter and enjoyment to our lives!

The requirement is to run around and stand around looking cute - he sure did an outstanding job of that now didn't he????? See, wasn't so hard with the right dog. Congratulations.
