Hey I am Shiv - puppy has loose stool and vomiting

Hi guys i joined this forum some 4 months back and really till now everything i dreamt of was asked and i got all the answers that i was looking for just needed to look a bit harder.
Now i have one question as i couldnt find the same
i have a 7 month old rottie and his name is Luke me and my wife do rotational shifts to look after him and make sure he is not alone for more than 3-4hrs.
i feed him Royal Canin thats the best i can get around here, i am in hyderabad India.
now the question is for past 15 days he has loose motions off and on and he also vomited twice and it was green in colour. i tool him to a vet and he gave some medication that seemed to work and we were getting back on track but since yesterday again the motions are there and thank god no vomits this time.
any help suggestion advice will be highly appreciated. i have tried two to three vets but in vain.

With a pup that age it could be anything? It could be something he ate, or some type of parasite or worms? etc. or a bacterial infection causing gastritis.

Have you had a fecal test done to look for worms or parasites? Has your pup gotten into garbage or eaten anything from the ground??

i take utmost care that he doesnt eat anything and i got the fecal test done it was normal, for last two days he was okay. his stool normal no vomits as well.
i had given him milk for a day or two mixed with rice as a suppliment is it possible that this change might have caused him this upset.

There is no need to be giving your dog milk....it may be the cause of the upset stomach. Once a puppy is weaned, there really is no reason to be giving milk.
