Weird lump/rash??

Lazing around with Attila yesterday only to discover in the middle chest between his front legs i found what seem to be a scratch/scap, didnt think much of it. I just started to look around further incase there was more & yes more all different sizes some a little swollen/scabby. Hard to explain but there is about 6 all up...spoke to the vet straight away & they could have fit me in if urgent, I dont feel that its urgent, they arent bothering him, he isnt scratching or licking. Im just bathing them in warm salty water every few hours & they arent getting worse, he doesnt mind me applying the salty water. ill take him if there isnt any improvement by tomorrow...any ideas on what could cause such a reaction?? his food hasnt changed, other then a different treat!! or any ideas on anything i could apply to help then other then warm salty water??. There is always something to worry about

Attila started to scratch his lumps late sunday avro so took him to the vet first thing monday morning (got to take him to work...everyone loves him) vet tested him for mites & ringworm & came up nothing. She had no idea what it was, some skin reaction so we got cream & antibiodix. Applied the cream yesterday morning after the vet & gave him his pill (of course its a big one & he knew straight away what i was doing) so out came the cheese & peanut butter! Yesterday afternoon the lumps weren't as red & he wasnt scratching so hopefully this will work!
