Hannah has done so well! I have just added a pic of her in the gallery.
Thank you all for your concerns with my 9 1/2 yr old puppy

That is great news! My only comment is as soon as our dog got over the being flat as a pancake from the pain meds and residual anesthesia he to our shock licked the crap out of his sutures. One day he slept all day, the very next he chewed at his leg causing a major infection. Luckily it remained superficial but we risked it traveling to the bone. I would err on the side of the e-collar. I am glad to hear her surgery went well. She is a very cute girl!

Re: Hannahs upcoming surgery

Just wondering how Hannah is doing marianne. Is she leaving her foot alone?

Re: Hannahs upcoming surgery

Hannah has been good. We have been using the E-collar a bit more lately.Must be starting to get "the healing itches". THE STICHES are still intact! Hannah will have them removed on the 30th.

I only wish she had the surgery from the start of her nail problem! My vet wanted to do it,but I was afraid of the removal. From NOW on I will "listen" to my vet. LOL

I am so glad to hear all went well. Her paw looks great, I'd probably miss the missing toe on first glance if I didn't know.
