pipers bloods were taken before we started her on the pred so that cant have caused it?? Need to have a look on those websites fostermom gave me, am interested particularly in the comment -(thyroid values are commonly abnormal in severely sick animals) I obviously need to do a bit of swotting.
Trying to think what ple either stands for or is? I think sometimes the UK and USA have slightly different names for things which can be difficult. Either that or I am a complete numbskull?? lol

Sorry ChristM have just read your earlier post re- protein losing enteropathy, you will have to excuse my bad manner they arise from being a complete computer nerd!!!

At last have got back to that thyroid web site you gave me!! Very interesting have forwarded it to my vet , know what you mean about the FT4 and was VERY interested in the paragraph about euthyroid sick mmmmm...... am going to look into this a bit further I think!!
