Kneecap re-positioning

I posted earlier about Leah a friend Rottie bitch having a kneecap replacement, well after careful consideration and talking at length to one of the top chaps in the country we have decided to have her own displaced kneecap repositioned, put back in place and the groove for the ligament made deeper to enable her ligament to stay in the right place.
ANYONE OUT THERE HAD THE SAME OP??
Would love to hear from you if you have any experience of this??
