| Re: 15 Week-Old with possible HD I just wanted to let you know it is not the end of the world for your dog being diagnosed with HD. My older almost 6 year old bitch has moderate HD graded by OFA and yes she has her bad days, but I keep her comfortable as much as I can. She is a very active dog does herding, obedience, rally and sometimes agility. I believe keeping them active keeps the muscles built up and keeps them together. I swim her when the weather is right. I feed her Original Eagle Pack, missing link plus with glucasime, fish oil capsules, cosequin and on her really bad days I give her rimadyl. Keep us posted on how he does. |
