| TPLO vs TTA surgery for ACL Abby just had TPLO surgery about 10 months ago for a ruptured ACL. Last night, I think she ruptured the other knee. I did a google search for TPLO and a lot of sites are now talking about TTA (Tibial Tuberosity Advancement) as an alternative to TPLO. Apparently, same results but less invasive surgery. Abby had great results with her TPLO surgery last year, but if TTA is less invasive, that may be the way to go. I have an appt today at 4pm with an orthopedic surgeon, so I will discuss this with him. Just wanted to see if anyone on this forum has any experience with TTA.  |
