Has her vet checked her out? Done a complete physical on her, including blood work? Has she been tested for Lyme disease?

How much does she weigh? Big, heavy dogs generally don't do alot of rushing around.

Does "always tired" include panting heavily after a small amount of exercise? More content to lay around than get up and walk anywhere?

If she hasn't had a complete check up (including a complete blood work-up)recently I would definitely take her to the vet and have that work-up done. Heartworm is another disease that leads to dogs that tire easily. Both Lymes and Heartworm are treatable but, if let go for too long, can seriously damage, or even kill, your dog.
