Vomiting after most every meal

My 6.5 month old female has started a new habit the past 5 or 6 days. It seems she vomits about an hour or so after each meal. It isn't a lot, but it seems to be about the same amount each time. I haven't changed anything in her diet, and the only other change is she was fixed about three weeks ago, and she had her stitches out about the same time this started but I don't see how those two are related. I have noticed that she only seems to drink water after she eats and usually it is quiet a bit then.

Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.

Try limiting any exercise up to an hour before you feed her. Do not let her tank up on water after she eats. Limit exercise after eating for about an hour. (I have a male that tends to tank up on water before he eats. If I don't hold off on feeding him for about an hour, he will vomit his food - and eat it again . . .)
