I read on here that you can give them Pepto but how much a tspoon full?? HELP!!!!

How long has you dog had diarrhea? Does she have any other problems? Have you changed her food recently? Since you've provided no information, it's impossible to make any suggestions other than take your dog to your vet.

Agreed - unless you have a really good idea why she has diarrhea, you're better off seeing a vet. A young puppy can easily dehydrate with diarrhea. Also, most dogs detest Pepto Bismol & the struggle to get it down them isn't worth it - you'll end up with pink mess everywhere. There are easier ways to treat diarrhea - depending on the cause.
