| Freshly spayed-bladder problems
We just got our 6 month old puppy back today after being spayed yesterday. She keeps trying to pee, but nothing is coming out. When we take her outside, she keeps squatting like she needs to pee until we bring her back in. Does anyone know what's causing this? Our vet was closed by the time we noticed she was doing this and they don't open until 8 a.m. It could be a long night for all of us. |

| Actually, the problem solved itself. Once we put her in her crate for the night, she didn't whine or need to go all night. The next morning, she was "back to normal." We did call the emergency vet clinic and they said that it was sometimes normal post-surgery for them to think they need to pee even though they really don't. Thank goodness it wasn't anything bad http://www.rottweiler.net/rottie/smile.gif |

| Continue to watch her. I picked my girl up last Mon and by Friday she had a urinary tract infection. Hope you have no problems. |
