CHIC DNA certificates

I received in the mail today certificates from the CHIC for the DNA samples that were taken on the girls in February. Came as quite a surprise, I couldn't figure out why we were getting new CHIC certificates.

Anyway, it has on it a statement that the DNA for the listed dog (and all the info up top is filled in) is now in the DNA bank, to be used at the discretion of CHIC.

The girls are Rottweilers #12 and 13 to be entered. Crunch must be either #11 or 14, as he was swabbed at the same time. I thought that was neat to have such a low number......pioneers in health testing capabilities.

Now if only I could remember to get the boys' registration certificates copied and get their forms submitted.


So just a heads' up to those entering their dogs.......you will get a certificate from CHIC acknowledging the "donation" and assigning a number to your dog.
