Causes of Death

My vets and I are interested in doing another survey (some of you may remember the OS survey) and need some help.
We need info on pureblooded rotties only please..

Cause of death ( natural causes - no trauma or poisionings, etc - behavioural euthanasia will be considered natural)
Age at death
Age neutered (if left intact - please mention this)
Cause and age of parents at death (if known)
Vaccinated every year? if yes - what type; if no - titers or every few years?

We lost our first rottie in 2002 to osteosarcoma. He was 9 years, 4 months old. He was neutered at around 2 years of age. His father passed at the age of 11, but I don't know the cause of death. His mother passed at the age of 10, also from osteosarcoma. Our boy was vaccinated every year.

We lost our second rottie in 2004. He was 9 years, 6 months old. Exact cause of death was never determined. His organs (liver & kidney) were failing so we made the painful decision to let him go. He was neutered at the age of 1 year. He was a full brother to our first rottie, although not a litter sibling. He was also vaccinated every year.

It doesn't seem to matter how much time passes, it is still painful to think about those we have lost. I still miss them both terribly.

Cause of death-renal failure. (Altho remotely due to poisoning, not likely. Too many prelude illnesses.)
Age-7 years
Age spayed-6 months
Dad's death-age related. Mom...unknown.
Vaccination schedule-parvo every 2 weeks til age 4 months, then all vax yearly.

Lymphoma (20 months with some form of treatment for 16 of those months).
9 years 3 months.
about 9 months old when spayed.
Parent's info unknown
Vax every year until age 5, then titers. 7-1 was Fort Dodge for first year. After was Intervet (Proguard) 5-1. Rabies every 3 years by law unknown manufacturer.

Anaplastic mammary carcinoma with lymphatic involvement, female age 8-9 who had only been spayed the year before. Vet's opinion she had numerous litters prior to that. Information on parents unavailable as she came from a shelter. Received all vaccinations upon adoption but no prior history available.

Vaccinated every year? Puppy vax q 4wks, then q year until 4, then enlightened to 3yr protocol.
