attitude-

What a sad time for you and for your wonderful dog. You are right that many of us have been where you are-- it has been over seven years since I lost my Annie to a similar condition, and in the same way that GMC Turbo described.... she never left the operating room.

Know that you have done everything you could, and that when she crosses the Bridge she will carry no more sickness, and bring nothing more with her than all her loving memories of the wonderful life she had with you. And, she will meet the beautiful Annie (Anheuser the Bud Lady, 11/23/86-1/19/98) with whom it appears she has much in common.... not the least of which is someone who loved her very much indeed.

Indeed, far too many of this have been where you and Attie are now, and you will be in our hearts and prayers as you say your goodbyes.

You and Attie will be in my prayers. Cherish the time you have left with her; she knows she is loved. You will come back when it is right for you. I wish you strength..
