enlarged nipple

Hope someone can reassure me that I am worrying about nothing. Rommel(a male) has one nipple that is alot bigger than the rest of them. It is really rounded and big it almost looks like it is full of blood or something. At first I thought maybe and engorged tick but it isn't. Is this unusual or has someone had this with their rott? Thanks for listening to someone that panics over the littlest things..

If it were my dog, I'd have it looked at by a vet!

Better safe than sorry, please get offline and have him seen by a vet!

I'd get him seen, definitely not normal!
