One tooth has not come in.

Has anyone had a rottie that one tooth is just starting to come in??? One of Jango's is just now starting to come in. At first I though he broke one but from what has peaked through it has all the points his tooth has on the other side. I am going to ask the vet about it. Just curious.

Counting back from his bottom right canine, canine being 1st, then there is the tiny "wolves tooth?", so called by my vet. It is the third one back. The tip and the tines for the lack of a better word have poked through. These match what is on the left side but this tooth is not all the way in. Any ideas?

That is one of the premolars and not fully erupted. Although not technically a missing tooth, it would be a serious fault as it is not correcct. Be interesting to see if it comes the rest of the way in, but I would not expect it to.
