| cruciate ligament injury? my 2 yr old rottie developed a hind leg limp a couple of weeks ago, which i thought he had just strained during a walk  .took him to the vet last nite, who told us he thinks it could be a cruciate ligament injury. he couldnt examine bug as he was not too keen on the vet touching him  .bug has to go next week and be sedated so the vet can take a closer look. if it is a cruciate injury he will operate there and then. has anyone had anything like this with their dog? was your dog operated on and what was the result after. my rotties are my life and i just hope he will be ok, any advice will be greatly appreciated. many thanks traceyxxx |
