Auto Immune Disease

Vet says Daisy has auto immune disease. She is not creating platlets so her blood is not clotting. She is destroying her own red blood cells. Tell me what you know about this please.

My female had the same problem a year ago this week. The vet gave her a shot and she had to take high doses of steriods. Sorry about your Daisy, i know how scared you must be. There is hope though. My girl survived.(sorry i can't tell you what the shot was as I am on holidays and all the information is at home. I will keep my fingers crossed for you and daisy.
