THANKS!! | Natural products include Rescue Remedy (a human herb) and Anxiety (by Home-Pet...something your vet may carry or could get)...however, those are just to relieve minor stress. If you really need to tranquilze him, I think most vets are still prescribing Acepromazine...a generally safe, mild drug that should not be used if the dog has ever had any seizures. In any case, I would discuss it with your vet and see what they suggest - of course the ideal thing would be to gradually get him used to having his teeth brushed without any tranquilizers. I brush Legend's almost daily and he's fine for it.
