Re: Tendonitis?

sometimes signs of pano can be seen on xrays, but not always. Guerin is a bit old to be starting pano however so you want to think and see if he has had bouts of lameness previously. If not, it is most likely an injury.

I see after reading a bit last night about pano, as usual you are correct! So we must assume he had injured himself somehow or he really is just stiff and sore after the ride this weekend. He got up this am with out limping and was not limping last night. BUT we will keep him quite and on the aspirin for a week as a precaution. Good luck with Luna Patti and let us know how it goes. This is not fun, when you have a dog whose greatest joy is running full tilt boogie in the yard!

Oh, I know how you feel, Shirley. When Julius had his lameness with Lyme Disease it just about broke our heart. He wasn't enthusiastic for anything.

Here's hoping that Guerin feels better soon! Hugs from his friends in PA.
