Skin Rash due to other dog...

I have just been able the last couple of months to let Athena and Loki play together in the yard. (Adequan and Legend have been keeping her from being lame). Athena started with a scab on her neck..I figured Loki just got her a good one while playing. Loki likes to grab her by the neck when they are rough housing. Now she had a huge rash that became infected so I took her to the vet. He believes it is caused by Loki biting her skin and irritating it. We got antibiotics to clear up the infection and a chorhexadine shampoo to use. She is out of the antibiotics infection is gone. Rash is still there. Any tips on soothing treatments for her? She doesn't really seem to itch it. Has anyone ever had anything like this? Do other dogs play while grabbing the dogs neck? I have begun keeping them separated again (breaks my heart). She is healthy otherwise.
