| I called my vet that I use for my min pin, and they are going to see him. The vets said to get an e collar to keep him to keep him from the spot until it heals. I put a gauze square all the way around his leg with some aloe under it, i'm going to leave it there for a few days and see what happens. I believe he had fleas originally, and its sad it really is.....I feel bad for the poor guy... Harley...adopted 12-5-03 born 6-13-03 My Rottie Daisy...adopted 10-13-03 born 10-98 My Min Pin |

| I would not leave a bandage on it - bandages can do far more harm than good (I have seen a dog lose toes from gangrene because of a bandage that was left on too long and allowed to get wet) - bandages can be a great way to incubate bacteria. Keep it clean, but open to the air is my opinion. Better yet, ask your vet what to do with it until you can see him/her.
