| RIP buddy It is with an extreme heavy heart that I need to report that we put C-Zar down today. The holistic treatment we were working on with him was doing wonders for the cancer (thanks to Chivas' guidance), but last evening he completely severed his right hind ACL ligament. We opted not to do the ACL surgery due to the poor prognosis of the osteo.....I hope that doesn't sound selfish??? My husband has been questioning himself the rest of the day that maybe we didn't do the right thing.....maybe we should have done the surgery and continued his fight with cancer. We are going to need prayers these next couple of days to get us through this most difficult time. It is our fellow rottie friends here that we know will understand. RIP buddy, until we meet again.

| Please don't second guess yourself.......for every "what if" that might have helped, there's another "what if" that it might have been too much for him. Consider it a gift, that you found out about the cancer a few weeks ago, and were able to spoil him during the time you did have. I'm so sorry this happened. I have stood where you are standing, and know how difficult it is. Lean on your younger dog, and she will help you through.
