Vomitting

I need some advice. In about the last week or so Jersey has been vomitting in her crate in the middle of the night. It doesn't happen every night but about every other night. She doesn't vomit a lot. She hasn't experienced diarriha or loss of appetite. She hasn't had any loss of energy or anything like that. Any ideas on what might be going on. Am I overreacting? She is almost 6 months old. Sometimes dogs will vomit when their stomach is empty. Is the vomit mostly bile (yellow)? Try giving her a light snack before bedtime and see if that helps. :)

yes it is mostly yellow.

Putting a little food in her tummy should help. You could hold back part of her dinner, too, and feed it to her 15-20 min before her last potty trip for the night. :)
