Eyes

Jersey has always had "eye snot". She is 6 months old. This morning the discharge was a yellowish discharge (just in one eye) and her eye looks a little irritated. Any suggestions on what may be wrong?

Allergies is one possibility, although your geographic location indicates that allergy season is probably waning, unless it is something indoors.

Have your vet check her for

an eye infection

entropion

or

an extra row of inward turning eyelashes (distacisis?)

Staph infection? Loki's eyes snot up when she goes through another bout of staph. Just a thought.

Jersey and I went to the vet today. It was determined she has entropian(sp?). She has to have special eyedrops untill she is old enough to have surgery. Thanks for all your advice.
