Loki hurt her shoulder

If anyone read my other post in the Behavior section "peeing when put in crate", you are probably wondering what happened to her....She took off chasing Dozer through "their room" and I guess turned to quick and messed up her shoulder. I thought she may have sprained her ankle but then would act like nothing was wrong. Then when the sucker got home (daddy) she pouted and limped. Anyway, I took her to the vet yesterday and she said that she was showing resistance in her shoulder, gave her some asprin and a joint supplement and complete crate rest for a week:( . It's hell having to put one up, let the other out, etc. etc. If she is not better in a week, we are going back for x-rays. The vet did give me the best comment though....Loki was leaning and kissing her after the exam and the vet was scruffing her head and said "If only they were all as good as you" right there in the middle of the waiting room. Of course, I held my head high and grinned at all the people that picked their dogs up when Loki barrelled into the clinic!!!:D :D
