Re: How to make Diezel take pills

Lots of good advice above.
But, I most certainly wouldn't open the pill and pour the liquid in. Apart from, as Shawn mentioned, the releasing factor, the liquid may well taste totally foul, and make him even more resentful in future. I can't see why you'd rather pour the content into his mouth, than give him the pill forcibly (both ways are force, but 1 method doesn't leave a nasty taste). He could end up begrudging any attempts to hold his muzzle (when you need to check his teeth etc).
If peanut butter doesn't work, just go the old fashioned way.

Re: How to make Diezel take pills

Okay thank you very much for the replies. The pills are ACID-A-CAL for his shoulders. Seems like they are working because he is very active again. Thanks for all the help I will let my parents know and see if this big doofus can be tricked. He will hide the pills somewhere in that mouth of his and spit them out a couple minutes later hahah. They are very bright animals. Thanks
