Train together or apart

I have two 9wk old brother pups. My question is this... When we take them to train, and train at home, should they be trained seperatly or together? Is it really a matter of attention span when together?

DEFINETELY apart. Right now we have a sister and sister combo in our class (the husband trains one, the wife the other.) These two can NOT concentrate on anything BUT each other all through class. They sit and whine for each other, bark at each other, and then during the sits & downs excersises, they always break them to go to each other. Heeling exercises are very disrupting because they never walk straight..too busy looking behind them for the other... get the picture? My trainer told me last night "next go-round..those two will NOT be here together" :D

We've been pretty lucky, We had our 2 girls, different ages and families though, in the same class together. The first class or 2 we would separate them as well as possible but by week 3 they were doing fine walking 1 behind the other. We did switch off dogs each class so they would be used to commands from both of us. It almost seemed that they listened better when they were near the other one, almost like they were trying to show each other up, "look at me, I'm listening better that you!"
