Wink Ruger Passed His CGC-TDI Tests!!!

I just wanted to let everyone know Ruger finally took his CGC-TDI tests two weeks ago and passed with flying colors. We were not sure it was going to happen due to being diagnoised with epilepsy last year. With the help of a wonderful Nurolgist the seizures are 100% under control and he is adjusting to the meds. I knew we worked for 2 yrs to make this happen and at the last moment we went for it and he did great. Hopefully he will be putting smiles on faces on his visits in the next few months. I hope people will see Rottweilers are not bad when they get to know Ruger. He has yet to meet a person he did not like and he has met a lot of people in his 2 yrs. I love him and am so proud of him!!

That's wonderful news. Not just the tests, but that the seizure medicine is working.

Re: Ruger Passed His CGC-TDI Tests!!!

Thankyou for the Congrats. It was long 9 months getting him use to the meds. All he wanted to do was sleep after getting them. His body in the last few months has been more awake and he is being silly and playful again. I thought if we were ever going to do it now is the time. The dr. said I would know when the time is right or if it will ever be right. He has been seizure free since starting the meds. His month of seizures were just awful to see him go through.
