He isn't coming when i call him

Hi. I have a 7 months rottie. He is very swet and sometimes acts like he is a trained dog, but in the rest...... When I call him 90% of the time he doesn't even look at me and he walks like nothing is happening. What can i do to make him come to me when I call him?
P.S.
l'm willing to for a pay a profesional trainer but all trainers told me that I should wait at least 1 or 2 months

No waiting necessary, muscu. :)

Hook the dog up to a long lead (check cord), 20 feet or so. Say, “Fido come” if the dog doesn’t say “come” again and pull him towards you. Praise him and give him a treat. Do this several times and reduce the treats to every other time then every third time and so on, but always praise him, a lot.

Make sure you don’t repeat the command over and over while the dog’s ignoring it. He should learn to respond to a command the first time you say it.

One thing I have seen my trainer have people do is when the dog is not coming to turn and run away from the dog. The dog "usually" will run to catch up with you to see what the heck is going on. K-9 Man's suggestion is good too but my dogs always know when they are not on the line. One thing that is very important!. Always make coming to you a pleasant experience for your dog. No matter how angry you are, praise them for coming to you. I can't say it enough. And don't wait to teach your dog to come. My sister has a 4 month old pit bull that she has been teaching to come since she got him at the age of 8 weeks. This is one of the most important commands you can teach your dog. Well that's probably a lot more than you needed to know but keep on training. Treats & Praise!!!!
