potty training

We have been working with our 9 week old on potty training. Because we have a small yard we wanted her to learn to use the same area to go. We have fenced in that area and take her there first before she is allowed to play anywhere else in the yard. We have also started training the "go on command" by saying 'Hurry up". She has done great with this type of training. She has had a few accidents in the house. We accept them as our fault right now because we didn't get her out in time or give her enough time to finish. Our problem is this: She gives us no indication that she has to go. What can we do to get her to let us know that she needs to go out? Ultimately we would like to be able to train her to ring a bell when she needs to go out. We don't want her to get in the habit of going inside and we get her out at all the right times (we think) but we aren't mind readers. Any advice?
