| Training not to move food from food bowl to floor?? We are thinking of getting a puppy in a couple of years when Solomon is around 8 and would like the puppy to not move his food from his bowl to the floor when he eats. Sol has the taller food stand that he eats from and sometimes he drops his food on the kitchen floor and than eats it. It doesn't make a difference if we move his food bowls to the floor- he still drops his food and eats is off the floor. This is something we would like to train a new puppy not to do. Any tips on how we can prevent this in the future? Only problem it causes is walking on dog food crumbs in the kitchen :) |
