Hi Debbie! This is just a suggestion...but if you have a video camera would it be realistic to have John tape you during class? I've done this on several occasions, and it certainly gives one a REAL idea of timing with corrections, proper heel position, etc.,.. Once you have a tape, you can review it and perhaps even ask your trainer to view it and critique. After a couple of weeks, tape another training session and see what areas have improved and what needs more work. Wishing you the best wtih Boris!
