Re: North east Ohio I live in N.E. Ohio as well, and I too had some trouble finding a place to train. Im currently training with the Scarberry's in Seville, OH. I'm pretty happy with them, but some place closer would be welcomed. If you get any leads, please forward them or post them for me. Im curious to see what else is around.

Re: North east Ohio I don't know one end of Ohio from the other, but the AKC website club search shows a pile of training clubs in Ohio. You all should look there and see if you can locate one within traveling distance and that way you will be training with a group where many will also be doing competition.

Re: North east Ohio There are several excellent clubs in the N.E. Ohio area. Cleveland All-Breed Training Center has over 60 yrs of experience in training. Many of the trainers have OTCH dogs They're an AKC-member club and hold run-thrus and Trials throughout the year. They offer classes in all levels of Obedience; Agility, Conformation/Handling, CGC Prep & testing, and Tracking. They also offer an awesome Attention class. From Columbia Station it would take approx 30-35 min. Well worth the drive.www.cabtc.org Youngstown All-Breed is another good school, but the drive would be about 1.5 hours. http://yabtc.tripod.com Ron - If you're training in Seville, have you checked out the All Breed Training Center in Akron, or the Canton All-Breed Training Center. I know of people that live in the suburbs of Cleveland that train at Cleveland All-Breed AND make the hour-long drive to Canton also every week. I don't know if the Akron or the Canton facilities have websites, but check on google and see what you can find. So I guess there's no excuses not to be in formal training if you live in Ohio! kathy
