Already Crate and house trained. Now What?

Hello to all, I just recieved my Rott 2 weeks ago, she is 12 weeks and a sweetheart!
She is already crate trained and goes potty on command(boy am I lucky). Where do I go from here? Should I start training or is she to young? If so, what kind of training? She spends a lot of time in her crate, because we work, is this bad. I take her everywhere I go when I get home from work. I just want to make sure I am doing the right things for her. Any guidance would be great!
Thanks

How long does she stay in the crate? You need to go ahead and start basic obedinece. Sit, Down, Stay, etc. Try doing 2 or 3 training sessions a day for about 5 minutes at a time. You don't want to spend too much time with training because at that age they dont have a very long attention span.

Good luck

Thanks for the advice!
She stays in her crate from 8:00am - 12:00pm, 1:00pm - 5:00pm and then at 9:30pm for the night
