| Abandonment training--update Hello everyone-- Reese had her abandonment training session, and we've put it into practice twice now. Verdict: SUCCESS! I have been able to pull her out of her intense "I will lunge at this dog and bark my head off because I am insecure" in order to get her into a heel or a sit until we pass the dog or until s/he goes by. We still have a ways to go and the trainer cautioned us that it will be an up-and-down process, but so far so good.... Amelie |

| Re: Abandonment training--update Glad to hear things are going well with your training. That's great news, and I'm sure a bit of a relief. Keep up the good work!!!
