Back to school

Dante and I are heading back to school after the christmas break.
He loves his training, we are in grade 4 now which is an intro to agility.
How far along in training have your dogs gone?

My dog just turns into a totally different dog when we walk into the school, and does pretty good at home as well.

Brodie had his first class after an almost 3 month break. He did surprisingly well considering I haven't worked him like I should. He did the best stand for exams that he's ever done. So, all in all I was very happy with how things went last night.

Maggie is 2 weeks away from Intermediate Obedience graduation ! She loves class and last night was her best. She blows those other dogs away. :D I'm hoping to get her into agility or tracking in the spring. We are fortunate enough to have an excellent training facility only 5 minutes from home.

Rocco just finished Advanced Novice and is scheduled for continuing classes the beginning of February. His trainer thinks I should enter him into competition this Spring. We just do it for fun! :)

It is great to hear that there are other rotties out there competing in flyball and agility. I hope on day when Dante is older that he can excell in agility training, he seems to love it now.

I am just happy that he is a great family pet though.

Akasha and Keil are in a Novice Comp class. We are hoping to start trying for their CD this spring. We will be taking another agility class starting sometime this month. I am really looking forward to starting agility again. :D
