rottie training in phoenix?

I have had Baby through three classes at Petsmart and I just don't feel they are suitable for a rottweiler. Does anyone have any advice regarding training for rottweilers in the Phoenix area? I can look in the book (and have) but I would really appreciate any information you might have for me.:)

Since my last disastrous class when Baby just would not listen to me, she and I seem to have come to an understanding. Reading all the good advice I got has been pivotal to our new more appropriate relationship. I feel like I now know the rules and Baby seems more calm as well. I sound like she is not a calm dog. She is calm--- I just mean she is more relaxed on the leash in the house. We go for runs from 1/2 to 1 mile. She could drag me the whole way but when I need to slow down, she puts up with it! Her strength is astounding to me! She is unfailingly polite to people that she is introduced to. She loves my neighbors and family (all grown).

Anyway, my respect for the breed has grown and I see so many of those traits in Baby, especially courage and dominance. She is a good girl but I would like to train her properly.
