Karnac,
I had to read this twice to make sure I understood it correctly. The trainer is going to have your 13 week old puppy heel on and off leash, have a sit and down stay, and a retrieve all in thirty days -- on a 13 week old puppy?

Unless I am misunderstanding something here, this is FAR too much to expect from a puppy so young. At this age they are just babies and do not have the mental focus or maturity to handle so much training. I would worry about how much compulsion they are using to get those results on a puppy in such a short amount of time and would really worry that you will end up with a basket case when you get your puppy back.
