Samantha - most of the people at this class are seasoned tracking people (only me & one other person are newbies.) They all swear by "Muckboots." I'll have to check out PetsMart.

When the hardware store has a sale, I clean them out. I have also gotten great articles at 2nd hand stores and thrift stores.

We will have to get out and look for the boots, right now we are using those cheap knit gloves for his article. We did a 150 yard track tonight in TALL grass with deer poo and horse poo ect. all over the place. A few turns thrown in and he did great. Now we will see how he does in class tomorrow night, last week was hot as heck and none of the dogs were really happy to be there.
