Just look at these 15 woolves and understand what training means

Though I will not choose this school because they do not have classes preferring to come to your place, I liked very much this photograph they have on their home page: <www.muttmanners.com> I hope you will like it too.

Sorry dear, you need to go to the zoo and learn a little more about dogs and wolves. Trust me, it's worth the trip. :)

I'm a little disappointed in that picture. I know it well -- it's a copyrighted one that appeared some years back in an anthology of dog pictures. I believe it's from a police dog department in England.

It's interesting, but it's very wrong to put it up on a dog training page as if it's one taken from your academy. :(

What a terrible mistake I could make!

I found the picture funny and my word "wolves" was a completion of the fun. Somebody could not have the least sense of humour in order to try to explain me that they did not understand that it was a joking word meant to fit the power of training idea. By your comments you showed me that I was terribly mistaken offering this funny picture here. Thanks for educating me, without your help I will obviously always mistake the German shepherd (by the way, in many country in Europe, the German shepherd is called "wolf-dog", I bet you did not know it) with the wolf, a rottweiler with a bear, a poodle with a rabbit, and a chihuahua with a rat. Have a funny day!

Marchie, I thought you might be kidding but humor is often lost in transmission on the internet. Also sometimes putting something in quotation marks (like "wolves" here) helps make it clear that you're kidding to those like me who don't always get the humor.

i thought the picture was cute too.

Marchie, I also couldn't tell if you were kidding or not. You can also use some of these ... :D :D :D ... and then everyone will know it's humor! What a great picture, they even got the cat to go through a puddle! :D

Pardon me for not being able to read your mind. On the Net, you do need to state the intent of your words very clearly -- it's all we have to go on. :)

Thanks to the hideous abuse that is the breeding and keeping of wolf-dog hybrids, people confusing wolves and dogs is one issue that I find extremely alarming which is why I jumped on you. It's no joking matter.

Glad that's cleared up. Shake on it?

I was a little confused by the use of 'wolves' in your original post, but I sure am glad I looked at the picture. Very cute photo and nice to see all those well trained dogs sitting with the cat walking by! Keep posting!

That's okay, I will put " ..." next time

I do not get wrinkled so easily. Have a nice Easter time. However, with or without joke, how do you think the 15 non-cat people can sit like that? Amazing. I wish to reach that point in training with Orso a.s.a.p. For the moment we work on the Kiki acquaitance (Kiki being the squirrel that I have been taken care of for some years already) and ignoring my two cats. This is more difficult because Orso wants to go where Poo-Yoo goes, the only thing that I have a problem with being his not weighing the force of his paw when trying to "pet" Poo-Yoo and I am afraid not to break kitty's spine once (he never runs away when O. touches him).

I can certainly understand how they trained the dogs to stay for the picture, but what I can't fathom is how they "trained" that cat to walk where they wanted him to. ;)
