Training certainly does pays off!!!

Czar made us proud at the dog show this this weekend. He won another Major and I know I can't post that here but I wanted to brag about his "Down" command:D. We had to wait till they got set up to take pictures so our handler put him in a "down stay" then handed the leash to me. He stayed in that down for a long time and never once did I have to say it again. People were passing by, other dogs, you name it and he remained in that down :D. My husband looked at me and I looked at him and we were proudly amazed bc you work on things at home but you only hope when you really need a certain command that they respond as you have taught them, so I just wanted to say that the time and effort we all put into the training of our dogs does indeed pay off eventually :D. Believe me many people stopped and saw how he was behaving like a gentleman and of course as me his owner was so proud that he was just that and not an out of control rottweiler. So keep working on that training and never give up, it's much too rewarding in the end! Have a great day everyone:D.

Can't say I'm surprised! ;) The work you do with your boy bodes well for all of us...it gives people the chance to see what a well-bred, well-raised Rottweiler looks like...a feast for the eyes!

Great news, Judy!!
