Dixie Showed Marked Improvement!

Thanks Judy W. for advice on Dixie in training class. Whenever I saw her start to posture I told her "Don't even think about it" and to make sure she understook I took her by her chin and looked her in the eyes, then did a heel or down. She did great, even when the other dogs went ballistic.

The only thing she did when I gave her a break, (which I felt was to show her dominance) was to jump on the bench and sort of strut around as if to say I maybe quiet but I am still Queen of the Hill, the trainer said that was OK. This was unusual for her since she never has attempted to go on any furniture at home. The trainer adores her, but I have never met a trainer that did not love rotties.

Glad to hear it works (I knew it would)......... I imagine she has her knickers in a knot about not being able to be in charge, but she'll live through it. She can show off by being the BEST!!!!
