Need Info on Personal Trainers?

I posted about my Rott's behavior problems in "Behavior Forum" the other day for suggestions...I think it's best to try a one-on-one trainer w/ him. In the past w/ any of my other dogs, I've used trainers for obedience in group settings...Is it common to find a trainer that specializes in a certain breed or larger dogs? Or is that part of the interviewing process, where a trainer will be up-front about their experience? On average, do trainers charge hourly or flat-fee?
Thanks for your help... http://www.rottweiler.net/rottie/smile.gif
