| Article on Shane I was asked by the editor of the USRC magazine to write an article on how I trained and conditioned Shane for his recent BST and Select wins on the same day. I finished the article today, and I think it is pretty good. I will also be submitting an ad for Shane that will be printed on the page next to the article. When the mag comes out, I would appreciate some feedback from members who get the magazine. Thank you.
